Vexaniali has spent her life in solitude, finding ways to entertain herself on an empty world that has become her prison. She was ordered to keep anyone from landing, but it was just a make-work job to keep her out of the way.
Burn arrives and offers her a chance to use her skills on a variety of worlds under the aegis of the Citadel Arcani.
Moving a cure around a world using her mastery of air is time consuming and tiring but not difficult. It is a good start, and when Burn offers himself to top up her flagging energies, how could she refuse?

I am just loving the stories about the clones. Vexa and Burn were made for each other. The places and species they come across are so unique. The characters are very well developed for being such a short story and the story flowed well and felt complete. The reader is always left wanting more and that is a good sign that it is a good story and told well. Vexa and Burn are very likable and although different species very easy to relate to. This was a great story and I really enjoyed it.Product details

Love Viola Grace - Her series I can't get enough of. The only thing I can complain is that when I finish her stories I have to wait for more )
anything written by viola grace is great I always wait for her books each month can't get enough of them and have read them all
Loved the book. I really like tales of the citadel it a great read and a different spin on a great love story. I really enjoy reading most anything of viola grace.
I enjoyed reading this book as much as I enjoyed reading The Destroyer. An intriguing look at opposites attracting and learning to relate to each other.
This is the second on the Goddess books where we locate the Elemental. A clone of many donors who has amazing powers over the elements. Her hero is a fire elemental born to parents of very different alien races. A wonderful romance of coming to be valued and of use and finding just the right mate, Well done!
